Welcome to McM
Specialist recruitment across construction and infrastructure, delivered properly
About McM
Specialists in construction, M&E, civils and renewables recruitment
McM Recruitment Solutions was founded from real experience within the recruitment industry, where we recognised the need for a more honest and dependable approach. Too often, recruitment becomes transactional, focused on quick placements rather than long-term success. We built our business to be different: relationship-led, accountable and consistent in everything we do.
With a strong background across construction and infrastructure sectors, we understand the pressures businesses face when sourcing skilled professionals and the importance of placing candidates into roles where they can succeed.
Our focus is always on quality over quantity, taking the time to understand requirements and delivering recruitment solutions that support sustainable growth for both clients and candidates.
Our Clients
